Save Meals and Save Calories

Take your fine dining to go.    If you go out to eat this week, save calories by only eating half your entrée.    Take the rest home to enjoy later!

Now, that’s a tip that can save you calories and money!  A lot of the entrees today are large enough to feed two people.  Saving part of your meal for later will prevent overeating and will give you another meal to eat on another day..
