Keep sneakers in your car.    This Monday leave a spare pair of sneakers in your car or at the office.    Then you’ll be ready for a quick, energizing workout anytime!

Be prepared to take advantage of an opportunity to step it up with some exercise!   Throw those sneakers and some hand weights in the trunk.   Then, you will literally have what you need to get a good workout while you’re on the go!.
